The Prince of Wales to Visit South Wales

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge join primary school pupils in a beach clean-up during a visit to Newborough Beach in North Wales.

THE PRINCE OF WALES WILL VISIT SOUTH WALES

Tuesday 10th September 2024

The Prince of Wales will carry out engagements in Llanelli in South Wales on Tuesday 10th September to celebrate Welsh sport and culture and meet local communities.

Firstly, The Prince will visit Swiss Valley Community Primary School to meet pupils who took part in the 2024 Urdd Eisteddfod.

Then, to mark Air Ambulance Week, the Prince, as patron, will visit the Wales Air Ambulance headquarters.

The day will conclude with a visit by His Royal Highness to the home of the Scarlets to celebrate the contribution of Welsh female rugby players in support of the Welsh Rugby Union’s “Missing Caps” campaign and ahead of the 2025 Women’s World Cup.
