Thanks to the generosity of The Guernsey Clematis Nursery Ltd we are offering 5 collections of clematis plants, each containing 4 varieties that have been raised in Guernsey as part of their breeding programmes – including a Raymond Evison Clematis Handbook with each parcel which gives some basic tips on growing the plants.
These are as follows:
• The Countess of Wessex™ Evipo073 (N), a very compact plant ideal for growing in containers or in a small garden. Best in semi-shade.
• The Duchess of Cornwall Evipo118 (N), ideal for growing through wall trained plants or on Obelisk’s in a garden border. Best in a sunny position.
• Issey™ Evipo081 (N). Stunning when grown in a container or a small garden. Ideal in full sunshine.
• Guernsey Flute™ EviGsy 153 (PBR). Perfect for a large or small garden, will be launched at the 2024 Chelsea Flower show. Ideal in any location.
Each plant will be labelled with a brand Raymond Evison Clematis label which gives planting instructions and cultivation directions.

- Open to all except employees of Legacy Magazines Ltd and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- This promotion will run between 11th March 2024 and 31st May 2024. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.
- To be eligible for a chance to win, entrants must give the correct answer and provide their name, email address, mobile number and postal address, as well as agree to promotion T&Cs.
- The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- The winner will electronically be drawn at random on 14th June 2024 and notified by email, telephone OR private message within one week. There will be five winners.
- The winner will receive a 4 variety collection of Guernsey Clematis Nursery Ltd clematis plants as per the above description. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- If the winner does not respond to the notification, a new winner will be drawn using the process outlined above.
