BUCKINGHAM PALACE Tuesday, 16th March 2021 The Duke of Edinburgh has today been discharged from King Edward VII’s Hospital and has returned to Windsor Castle, following treatment for an infection and a successful procedure for a pre-existing condition.
Buckingham Palace has confirmed that The Duke of Edinburgh has been admitted to hospital as a precaution after feeling unwell. A palace spokesperson said, "His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh was admitted to the King Edward VII Hospital in London, on Tuesday evening.
