With the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, the crown has now passed to her heir and son, His Majesty King Charles III.
In a statement released on Sept. 8, 2022, the new King said, “During this period of mourning and change, my family and I will be comforted and sustained by our knowledge of the respect and deep affection in which The Queen was so widely held.”
