THE DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE WILL ATTEND CHILD BEREAVEMENT UK’S 25th BIRTHDAY GALA DINNER

Kensington Palace, London

Monday 10th June, 2019

The Duke of Cambridge, Royal Patron of Child Bereavement UK, will attend the charity’s 25th Birthday Gala Dinner, to honour its work helping families to rebuild their lives after the devastation of child bereavement.

Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals, both when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, and when a child is facing bereavement.

The charity’s vision is for all families to have the support they need to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.

This year marks 25 years of helping families to rebuild their lives after the devastation of child bereavement. The Duke of Cambridge became Child Bereavement UK’s Royal Patron in March 2009.

His Royal Highness will meet families who are being supported by Child Bereavement UK and will make a speech at the dinner.
